3. Intellectual Property

We do not claim ownership of any content you process using PhotoDiet. Your images remain yours.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PhotoDiet or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PhotoDiet's website.
